Vincent J. Failla received a Bachelor's Degree in American History from Hobart College in Geneva, New York in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. In addition, he earned his Masters in Business Administration at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2001. Upon graduating from law school Mr. Failla served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Paul J. Vichness, J.S.C. in the Essex County Superior Court from 2002 through 2003.

Following the completion of his Judicial Clerkship, Mr. Failla joined the firm of Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo in Nutley, New Jersey. There he specialized in the areas of Corporate Representation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Land Use and General Litigation.  In 2006, Mr. Failla established the Law Offices of Vincent J. Failla, LLC which grew to become Failla and Banks, LLC and now into the Failla Law Group, LLC.

Mr. Failla is currently a member of the Bar in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The philosophy of Mr. Failla and the firm is to address each client's specific legal goals and take an aggressive approach towards reaching those goals. Mr. Failla has served as the Fairfield Municipal Prosecutor since 2015 through present and has been a member of the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutor Association
since 2015. 

Mr. Failla specializes in commercial litigation and has also become one of the leading commercial transaction/asset purchase and sale attorneys in the State handling dozens of purchases and sales of all types of businesses, including but not limited to laundromats, restaurants, liquor stores, delis, car washes, bars and various service based companies.  Mr. Failla handles purchases and sales of almost every type of business in New Jersey but also handles the accompanying real estate transactions that often go along with them.  He represents many business owners as well as real estate investors, regularly closing on apartment buildings, strip malls and light industrial complexes.


 Mr. Failla was nominated for his Excellence in Practice as a Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2012.
